'This 70-year-old patient is rehabbing from a fractured proximal humerus (upper arm). Her progress has continued with improved range of motion (ROM) and strength. The tall kneeling row is a great exercise progression. To safely perform this advanced exercise there needs to be sufficient lumbopelvic (core) stability allowing for weight shifting with the moving sled. Always perform the rowing movement with the spine in neutral. Emphasis is placed on proper breathing and controlled movement. ✅ Neutral spine ✅ Breathing diaphragmatically ✅ Controlled movement Effective and efficient rehab is criterion-based, not time-based.
